Using Customer Reach Article for Training Call Center Agents

Just received a note from one of the subscribers to Customer Reach, with Sam's Club that liked one of our articles so much that they want to use it as a part of the contact center agent training.

Colin, aren't you sweet to share. What a thrill to know that Sam's Club is going to use an article that I wrote.

Even more thrilling is Sam's Club's dedication to continually striving to improve the customer interaction. I was quite impressed with Jon at Sam's Club and his focus on ensuring that the call center reps understand the value they provide to each caller.
