Consulting firm launches B2B Tele-Sales Contact Center service provider

Hi as per my concerned there is no need for a consulting firm to lunches a b2b telesalesand contact center services because there are lot of companies they are offshore working in these services you just hire them and concentrate on your own business

I agree that there are lots of people doing this onshore and off. But regardless of the location very, very few do this well. If there were lots of high quality providers then I agree there wouldn't be a need for the new service.
