Canadian BPO Benchmark Project

Taylor Reach Group (TRG) is currently working on a project for a client who has an in-house (captive) call centre. Their goal is to benchmark Canadian BPO and outsourced centres to ensure their wages and costs are competitive. They will share their data as a part of this process. The information we are seeking to benchmark is the following salaries and compensation;
· Starting agent wage and total comp,

· Average agent wage and total comp,

· Operations Manager salary and total comp,

· IT Manager salary and total comp,

· Annual turnover rate in call centre,

All information for this project will be treated as confidential will not be shared with any other party beyond our client. All participants will receive a copy of the report showing the aggregated results.
